My work with NOOMA primarily encompasses everything that helps get our drink onto the shelves. As is typical with most start-ups, I wear many hats. - Product planning and formulation with flavor specialists, dietitians and certification agencies- Ingredient sourcing and production management with co-packer- Day-to-day bookkeeping, project budgeting and payroll- Identify, develop, sell to and service grocery and non-traditional retail accounts- Business development and growth strategy In addition to getting drinks to the shelves, I'm always there to help with the ground level sales support in stores and at events. It ranges from taking a spinning, yoga or CrossFit class to passing out drinks at a grocery store.. and everything in between.We truly feel we have created something special and love to sink our teeth in on all aspects of the business.
