-Assist with mail sort & distribution.-Facilitate maintenance within an office building, requests & necessary fixes.-Contact vendors for supplies and shipments.-Place orders for corporate supplies and employees.-Supply and stock coffee supplies to several kitchens.

Oversee all of consumables and fresh, ensuring store cleanliness and stocked shelves. Provide guidance for Department Managers and report issues when necessary. Report closing report to overnight Assistant Managers.

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.• Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.• Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.• Dispose of damaged or defective items, or return them to vendors.• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, or in performing services for customers.• Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in work efficiency, firing workers when appropriate.• Assign employees to specific duties.• Enforce safety, health, and security rules.• Use PLE (Power Lifting Equipment) to safely mobilize pallets of merchandise.• Unload/load trailers of merchandise in a timely fashion, whether it be pallets or scattered boxes.
