Also use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a highly qualified pool of candidates.• Make 50 to 100 calls daily leaving detailed messages and speaking with candidates about job opportunities and their qualifying skills that match job preferences.• Conduct phone screens for record keeping purposes to be submitted to Hiring Managers for review before hiring decisions are made.• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description.• Work with recruiting team to screen and test applicants using qualified interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing.• Follow-up calls to extend Verbal Offers to candidates, record personal information, and verbally agree on starting pay rates as requested by the Hiring Management.
