Provide commercial real estate and loan transaction and advisement services for clients ranging from private individuals to institutional investment funds. Services include the underwriting, analyzing, and valuation of commercial loans and real estate holdings throughout the country including hospitality, multifamily, office, medical office, senior living, retail, mixed use, raw land, and residential developments for strategic planning and possible disposition purposes.My current duties include managing and leading transaction teams from initial valuation through the closing process, oversee commercial loan and real estate offerings and transactions, and supervising and reviewing analyst deliverables and timetables.Additionally, I participate in regular underwriting, valuation, and transaction progress meetings with clients, interact with the investment community via a wide range of modern electronic media, and field questions and requests from the investor community regarding specific transactions.My role requires extensive use of Argus Enterprise, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.

Analyze performing, sub-performing, and non performing commercial loans by evaluating in detail borrower financial statements and valuing the underlying real estate serving as collateral in order to price the assets for possible investment. Take charge of multiple deals from the initial indicative stage, contact loan sale advisers/brokers to discuss asset/portfolio metrics, coordinate legal discussions if needed, complete full due diligence and underwriting for final pricing and bidding.

Support key personnel on the internal financial control team to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding multiple company performance metrics.Plan and develop a detailed P&L model in excel that was updatable to assist company managers asses the current-period and year-to-date financial progress of the company. Assist members of the accounting team with general ledger reconciliation, research, and expense validation.

Assist commercial real estate brokers in compiling market data, gathering property specific information, and producing investment package material used in presentations to prospective investors.
