Reporting to the Construction Director, responsibilities for this role include all previous Traffic Quality Manager assignments and the following; • Oversee the planning and execution of lane closures in accordance with the Project Agreement • Liaise with stakeholders including permit, licensing and approvals representatives in facilitating road occupancy permits and other access permits or easements • Provide technical guidance on design, construction, and permits• Work closely with stakeholders, client reps and municipalities in minimizing traffic disruptions• Organize and chair contractor-client Mobility Matters review meetings• Engage with the public and community in the mitigation of lane closure related impacts• Monitor work zones, identify gaps in staging plans, and provide technical guidance for optimization• Liaise with construction teams in identifying constraints that impede production outputs• Identify risk and provide technical guidance in the project’s risk mitigation plan• Perform cost evaluation of lanes, sidewalks, and property access closures • Review unit costs and property access variation's in accordance with the Project Agreement • Analyze the lane closure data and compile the Aggregate Actual Lane Closures (AALC), Aggregate Actual Lane Closure Costs (AALCC), and Aggregate Target Lane Closure Cost (ATLCC)• Perform statistical analysis, and evaluate variances, and trends, in comparison with lane closure forecasts• Update the Aggregate Actual Lane Closures (AALC), Aggregate Actual Lane Closure Costs (AALCC), and Aggregate Target Lane Closure Costs

Reporting to the Construction Quality Manager, responsibilities for this role include;• Implement the Traffic Quality Management Plan (TQMP) and Quality Systems Procedures (QSP’s) • Conduct field quality assurance audits and review site condition rating checklists• Report issues to the Construction Quality Manager and issue NCRs for nonconforming work• Prepare traffic management audit plans and checklists that integrate with the overall quality audit program and processes identified in the TQMP• Report on TQMS performance and effectiveness of training to the Construction Quality Manger • Monitor that quality assurance processes are carried out during traffic design activities• Review of subcontractor traffic management plans for consistency with ISO, TQMP and project requirements• Ensure the continual improvement of the TQMP and QSP’s• Ensure that relevant records are retained in accordance with the TQMP

The Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) project is part of the Ontario Government's commitment to expand transit in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. The LRT will run along Finch Avenue West in Toronto and be fully integrated with the city's existing transit system. The project is being delivered through a public-private partnership (P3). Mosaic Transit Group, which consists of ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., Aecon and CRH Canada Group Inc. signed a contract valued at $2.5 billion to design, build, finance and maintain the Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.The project will include an 11-kilometre LRT line, running along Finch Avenue from the new TTC Finch West Subway Station at Keele Street to Humber College. Accessible streetscapes for drivers, transit riders, cyclists, and pedestrians. 18 stops, including 16 surface stops, plus an underground interchange station at Finch West LRT station (connecting to the new Toronto-York-Spadina Subway Extension), and one below-grade terminal stop at Humber College with transit connections to GO, Miway, Viva, and Züm.The Ministry of Infrastructure has identified the Finch West LRT Project as one of five pilot projects that will include community benefits.

The entire Highway 407 East Project adds 64 kilometres of new highway to the Provincial Highway System. Once complete, the Highway 407 East Project will help relieve congestion and support the efficient movement of people and goods through the eastern Greater Toronto Area and beyond.The contract value of the Highway 407 East Phase 2 Project is approximately $1.2 billion. Blackbird Constructors 407 General Partnership is a consortium consisting of Dufferin Construction Company, and Ferrovial Agroman Canada.The Highway 407 East Phase 2 project will:Extend Highway 407 about 22 kilometres from Harmony Road in Oshawa to Highway 35/115 in Clarington;Connect Highways 401 and 407 East with a 10-kilometre Highway 418 that will serve as a north-south freeway;Provide eight new interchanges, including three freeway-to-freeway connections to Highway 407 East and Highway 401 from Highway 418 and Highway 35/115.

The Regina Bypass is the largest transportation infrastructure project in the province’s history and is vital to ensuring the continuing economic prosperity and vitality of Saskatchewan and of the Regina region in particular. This is the first transportation infrastructure project to be completed in a public-private partnership (P3) in Saskatchewan and will greatly improve safety and reduce congestion. The Regina Bypass team represents several companies; Graham, Parsons Canada, Carmacks Enterprises and Vinci Canada. The Government’s total investment of $1.88 billion includes the full cost of the Bypass over the next 30 years and construction.The full project scope encompasses 464 single-lane kilometers of work, 12 overpasses, 33 bridges, 40 km of new four-lane highway, 20 km of resurfaced four-lane highway, 55 km of new service roads, and twinning of 5 km of highway. The Pilot Butte overpass - A diverging diamond interchange is the first of its kind in Saskatchewan and the second in Canada.

Managed the day-to-day delivery of a multidiscipline team responsible for providing end to end project performance, operation and deployment. Managed all functions, including solutions, design and development, maintenance, strategic planning, and financial management. My responsibilities also included submitting traffic and transit management plans to key stakeholders for review and approval prior to project start up. Submittals of individual plans for various phases of construction and custom specialty plans for pedestrian and local business access.My knowledge and efforts regarding assessment, planning and mitigation centred around high traffic volumes, and ensuring the traffic accommodation was installed correctly, and safeguarding impact on adjacent roads. My plans also addressed and incorporated the necessity for maintaining transit services, business access and pedestrian access at all times into the traffic plan and design.

Multiple infrastructure projects valued from $2 million to $10 million for the Ministry of Transportation, and various city projects in the Hamilton area, Greater Toronto area and across Ontario. Coordinated with city managers and crews to ensure the project, client and stakeholder needs were met while ensuring the safety of workers and public. I submitted traffic designs during pre-construction to different municipalities and stakeholders for review and approval prior to project start up.During this time, I managed various snow removal contracts and crews during the winter months. In the summer, my managerial duties also encompassed line painting.

Burlington to Oakville QEW high occupancy vehicle lane expansion. The Burlington stretch covered Guelph Line to Burloak Drive and widened the highway from six to eight lanes, costing approximately $60 million. This project now doubles as High Occupancy Toll (HOT) Lanes, the first of its kind in Canada. This pilot project is aimed at reducing traffic congestion in Ontario and will gather data for the province which will be used to plan a more efficient highway network in Ontario.
