The Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) project is part of the Ontario Government's commitment to expand transit in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. The LRT will run along Finch Avenue West in Toronto and be fully integrated with the city's existing transit system. The project is being delivered through a public-private partnership (P3). Mosaic Transit Group, which consists of ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., Aecon and CRH Canada Group Inc. signed a contract valued at $2.5 billion to design, build, finance and maintain the Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.The project will include an 11-kilometre LRT line, running along Finch Avenue from the new TTC Finch West Subway Station at Keele Street to Humber College. Accessible streetscapes for drivers, transit riders, cyclists, and pedestrians. 18 stops, including 16 surface stops, plus an underground interchange station at Finch West LRT station (connecting to the new Toronto-York-Spadina Subway Extension), and one below-grade terminal stop at Humber College with transit connections to GO, Miway, Viva, and Züm.The Ministry of Infrastructure has identified the Finch West LRT Project as one of five pilot projects that will include community benefits.

The Regina Bypass is the largest transportation infrastructure project in the province’s history and is vital to ensuring the continuing economic prosperity and vitality of Saskatchewan and of the Regina region in particular. This is the first transportation infrastructure project to be completed in a public-private partnership (P3) in Saskatchewan and will greatly improve safety and reduce congestion. The Regina Bypass team represents several companies; Graham, Parsons Canada, Carmacks Enterprises and Vinci Canada. The Government’s total investment of $1.88 billion includes the full cost of the Bypass over the next 30 years and construction.The full project scope encompasses 464 single-lane kilometers of work, 12 overpasses, 33 bridges, 40 km of new four-lane highway, 20 km of resurfaced four-lane highway, 55 km of new service roads, and twinning of 5 km of highway. The Pilot Butte overpass - A diverging diamond interchange is the first of its kind in Saskatchewan and the second in Canada.

Managed all functions, including solutions, design and development, maintenance, strategic planning, and financial management.
