As an Internal Sales Partner I am tasked with marketing One America's Care Solutions products including hybrid life insurance and long term care as well as hybrid annuity and long term care. – Responsibilities include active prospecting, recruitment and activation of new and existing distribution partners. – Daily activities include webinars and producer on-boarding, training and development.– Support External Wholesalers through follow up activities and overall execution of territory business plans.– Collaborate with Independent Marketing Organizations & General Agents to sell & market OneAmerica's asset-based LTC portfolio, Care Solutions

– Provide custom designed information and illustrations to both institutional and independent life insurance producers nationwide. – Maintain marketing knowledge of a variety of insurance products in line with current industry trends. Extensive background in assisting agents with positioning products, providing user support, and supplying relevant background information needed for individual success. – Communicate effectively with multiple departments and assist when needed to ensure all agents receive exceptional customer service. Follow up on sales related calls, providing personalized case consultation. – Assist agents in recommending solutions for their clients by analyzing their current and potential future situations and needs. Initiate calls to recognize agents for business and prospect for additional sales.
