I have recently decided to find a career path that I can see myself working in for the foreseeable future that combine my two life long passions: helping people and technology. I am currently perusing my Google IT Support Professional Certification through Merit America, and as part of the program I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. I really look forward to finding a career in IT because it is something I have always been very passionate about. I am greatly enjoying what I am learning so far and cannot wait to see where it takes me from here. I have always been a curious person and I have always wanted to know how things worked. Ever since I was a young child I have been very interested in technology in general. I would take apart the toys I had just to see how they worked. This continued on into my teenage years when I began to start building computers with spare PC parts my friends had lying around. This eventually transitioned into me being the person my friends would come to whenever their computers were having issues they did not understand. This has given me a strong ability to take initiative where needed and learn new jobs tasks to help the company as a whole run more smoothly. I have experience in Customer Service and Sales which have really helped me hone my people skills as well as being able to critically think under pressure to ensure the task was done well. I greatly take pride in being able to make someones day as well as help the company become stronger as a whole.I am very excited to see where the world of tech takes me from here. I would love to have a job where people share the same passion for technology that I do. I have always loved to learn new things and I cannot wait to learn more about technology as well as see where it goes in the coming years. I am a very quick learner and will make an incredible asset to your team.
