I implemented and manage the purchasing, construction, warranty, and sales aspects of Newstar by Constellation. I am in charge of all sourcing, estimating, negotiating, and trade management. I am in charge of 4 purchasing staff members and work closely with construction, accounting, warranty, sales, permitting, and land development departments.

I implemented and managed the purchasing and sales aspects of Newstar by Constellation for the Atlanta Division. I also managed select trades and suppliers in regards to sourcing, negotiating, training, and problem resolution, along with purchasing staff assigned to those trade and supplier categories. I worked closely with Sales, Estimating, and Construction to ensure system accuracy and proficiency.

I was part of a team that implemented and managed the purchasing and sales aspects of Newstar by Constellation. I was also in charge of estimating and negotiating.

I managed cash, performed bank requisitions, maintained general ledger accounts, performed journal entries related to job costing and end of month and year processing, and assisted Accounts Payable.
