Being the General Manager at a very busy and popular restaurant has allowed me to acquire many skills in leadership, business development and hospitality. Providing a one of a kind experience to my customers has always been my number one goal, and continues to be the driving factor behind everything that I do. I have the privilege of being able to meet and network with Edmontonians on a daily basis which has allowed me to build an extensive network of people from all industries.

For 4 years I operated my own business as a Real Estate Wholesaler where I would find off-market and value-add opportunities in Edmonton. Using a team of investors, contractors and builders that I hand built, I was able to put together deals that included infills, "fix and flips" land development, and more. I was fortunate enough to be able to network and build relationships with many like-minded individuals that worked in a variety of different sectors within the real estate industry. This allowed me to "get my feet wet" in learning how to structure an investment deal, how to acquire financing, and how to accurately estimate and articulate what was needed in a property or piece of land in order to maximize its value.

I started with Marcson Homes as a sales assistant in many of their different locations through out Edmonton. After a few months, I became the Area Sales Manager for the Cameron Heights area where I was responsible for sales, marketing, social media, client files, and more. This position allowed me to build extensive, long term relationships with my clients. I was also able to build a great foundational network of builders, contractors, designers, and other RE industry contacts.
