Student Worker at WIU College of Business and Technology for the IT department. Tasks include fixing and replacing components to various types of equipment, installing computer hardware and software in classrooms, offices, and labs, and responding to various technical issues throughout the college.

▪Pursued and encouraged student success and involvement by regularly putting on social and educational events.▪Actively engaged as a resource to over 40 WIU students by holding meetings and checking in with residents on a regular basis.▪Encouraged and enforced University Policy within the residence hall community.

▪Lead a project focused on improving DOT Foods' warehouse pallet organization process. After studying the current process and meeting with management from all departments, offered multiple solutions to the process’s congestion issue by presenting my findings to senior management.▪Worked with three interns from other departments on a project aimed at improving forklift safety within the warehouse. Lead on the data analysis of crash/bump data and types of collisions in order to pinpoint the most dangerous areas within the warehouse, as well as which incidents were most common. Using these findings, my team and I researched and recommended multiple types of safety technology options within the market.▪Completed multiple other individual and team projects throughout the summer that focused on improving efficiency, driving productivity, and saving money by eliminating waste.
