I have began my career in retail where I gained the basics of professional courtesy and organizational hierarchy. I worked my way up to a management position and worked there for a few years where I drove teams and achieved organizational goals, pursued the companies' vision, and met time and profit centered metrics above expectations. Wanting to learn more skills and switch industries, I began a new career at North Bay Distribution where I am working in logistics as an Account Manager where I maintain and manage relationships with other companies and handle the logistics for various accounts. I am always wanting to know more and learn more and develop myself into the best leader I can.
