• Manage the sales force and marketing for clients for B2C inside of the airports ORD, MDW and Event marketing at venues. Clients include Chase Bank, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, NRG, Energy Plus, AMC,Walmarts • Focus and develop sales strategies to meet team goals and clients needs. Responsible for acquisition of customers for clients. • Consistently exceeded sales goals bringing in over 3,000 new sales per month. • Strong traits include: Launching new marketing programs from the ground up in all aspects as test in new markets with new clients. Personally launched 4 new programs with the company and clients and each has been extremely successful. Clients have grown at least 3-4x in size on average while under my management. Proven Track Records upon request. • Manage, delegate and maintain all required account reports including schedules, projections, results and inventory reports as well as payroll and human resource reports. • Provide immediate direction and guidance to Assistant Sales Managers and existing sales teams. Recruit, develop and educate new sales teams. Provide a strong management presence. Manage over 40 employees while reporting directly to CEO and VP of Marketing • Work to establish strategic partnerships with key personnel and clients. Foster a relationship of trust and commitment with them to be viewed as a partner.• Ensure program revenues are both recognized and captured. Manage the overall profitability of the programs. • Proactively identify and communicate potential company/client cost and income variations
