• Responsible for the management of the daily activities of more than 15 team members responsible for the Maintenance, Servicing, and Inspection of 8 AH-64 D Apache Helicopters, valued over $284M.• Assumed position and responsibility of position usually held by personnel two levels, more senior to me. Represent unit in all Production Control meetings; responsible for prioritizing and organizing maintenance operations.• Unit supervisor responsible for accountability and tracking of all Communications Equipment, Aviation Ground Support Equipment, and additional tooling, calibration equipment, and weapons. • Direct supervisor of 5 Soldiers. Solely responsible for training, counseling, and mentoring each member to ensure career development and advancement.

• Coordinated maintenance operations as the unit maintenance supervisor in order to surpass Production Control and Quality Control standards.• Trained and mentored all personnel daily in performing maintenance activities. This resulted in a team cross trained in all maintenance tasks causing the team to be recognized for continually exceeding maintenance standards.• Personally responsible for all Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC) being conducted correctly across fleet of 8 AH-64 D Apache Helicopters to include full and accurate logging of all maintenance activities. • Deployed to Austere environment in support of combat operations (Operation Enduring Freedom).• Cross-trained with 15Y (Armament/Avionics) consisting of electrical theory of multiple avionics equipment and how those components control the operations of mechanical components; troubleshooting procedures such as shooting wires to help determine whether a fault could be a component failure or a bad wire.• While in Afghanistan I was trained and then became primary trainer on how to mate and load rockets, build and load flares, load hellfire missiles, and 30mm amunition, and the timing of Robbie tanks during reinstallation.• On major Maintenance Phases Inspections I was responsible for removing, inspecting, repairing, cleaning, and reinstallation/replacement of avionics equipment to include; Satellite Communications radio (SATCOM), Frequency Modulation (FM) radios, Blue Force Trackers (BFT), Embedded GPS/Inertial (EGI), Transponders / Identify – Friend or Foe (IFF), Sequencers, Comparators, KY58, pylons, Hell fire Missile Launchers (HML), rocket pods, Fire Control Radar (FCR), Rovers, UR, Intergraded Helmet Display and Sight System (IHADSS), etc.

• Hand selected by leadership to operate in position four levels senior of my rank to represent the unit at Production Control meetings.• Hand selected by leadership to operate in position four levels senior of my rank to lead a team of 12 personnel in performing a complete tear down, inspection, and reinstallation of every component on the aircraft. (500 hour phase).• Chosen by Original Equipment Manufacturer Unit Maintenance Representatives within first week of arrival to the Unit, to assist in performing a complete tear down, inspection, and reinstallation of every component of the aircraft.
