Personal ProfileI am a dedicated and innovative chef with over 10 years’ experience working within prestigious kitchens across the East of England including fast pace central London.I am passionate and driven individual that is keen to develop my knowledge and skill whilst broadening my experience in cooking diverse and authentic cuisine across the world.Since leaving school in 2012 I have been keen to travel the world and explore the variety of culinary flavours in different cultures. I travelled through Southeast Asia for 4 months in late 2016 tasting a variety of local dishes. This is where I found my passion in culinary complexity and explored these flavours and techniques further in my own cooking.Outside of my work, I am an active gym goer and fitness enthusiast.
