Trains new Installation Technicians in the field training component of FlexSteel’s Installation Technician Certification Program. Certified Field Auditor who performs initial evaluations and re-evaluation technician performance in compliance with FlexSteel’s Installation Technician Certification Program. Coordinates with customers, contractors and FlexSteel resources to assure proper product, personnel and equipment are available to complete tasks and the operation is run efficiently. Able to effectively lead large construction crews in a safe, efficient and quality-oriented manner as well as to work effectively independently in remote locations.

Ensures that all fitting and pipe installations are done safely and with a quality-oriented mindset. Works to ensure the job is done correctly and on-time.Ensures that customer satisfaction is achieved during and following installations.
