Current• Worked within an international, multi-department team to design and implement a new finance and grants management system, NetSuite.• Developed and deployed a macro-driven Excel spreadsheet to collect staff credit card data and temporarily replace a user-unfriendly and occasionally faulty credit card system.• Worked with the database lead to normalize large spreadsheets of data for system migration.• Create monthly payroll allocation journal entries using data from multiple sources, including Paylocity, Replicon, and Excel spreadsheets. • Generate large journal entries for monthly salary and credit card allocations, close-out adjustments, and routine grant management.• Design database queries for financial reporting, outstanding payments, and more.• Enter and maintain data records and structure in Financial Edge, Replicon, and Excel. • Oversee the financials for over 40 diverse projects within the Great Lakes department.• Produce financial reports, invoices, budgets, and forecasts.
