As a project lead for Pinnacle, I have been responsible for the planning and implementation of risk based inspection (RBI) programs for multiple Valero refineries. Working with and implementing PCMS has become my expertise. Inspection planning, corrosion modeling, IDMS implementation and configuration, report writing, project planning, and client interaction are just a few of the skills needed to be successful in this position.- PCMS (front end and back end management & configuration)- Advanced Report Writer- MS Access / Project / Excel- Familiar with API 510, 571, 580, 581, 579, ASME VIII- Facilitating all meetings required to successfully implement an RBI program- Working with process engineering, inspection, operations to obtain RBI critical data- Inspection planning- Interviewing and training- Corrosion Assessments / Corrosion Modeling

Working in the produce department for 10 years taught me many lessons when working with customers (i.e. clients). Managing a cut fruit and vegetable section, training new personnel, stocking the sales floor, and building displays were my primary responsibilities.

Working one internship and hiring on as a full time employee, this became my first full time engineering position. Responsible for the material applications (steel) for order fulfillment, as well as customer claims and managing the metallurgical testing labs (two total) proved to be a challenging set of tasks.

Working in the assembly, paint, molding, engineering, and QA departments exposed me to the different aspects of a true manufacturing and assembly plant.

Working the summers as a caddy taught me how to work with clients. Carrying a golf bag for 4-6 hours per day made me appreciate the value of a dollar.
