As a contact tracer, my primary responsibility was to perform outreach via phone to members of the community about isolation/quarantine due to having or being exposed to COVID-19. Our team worked on the same platform and workflows as the Massachusetts Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) of Partners in Health.
