• Designed, developed and managed Windows Server 2008 Infrastructure for newly opened branch office. Performed Benefit Cost Analysis for Director of Installation and Integration for all IT assets including end-user workstations, Windows 2008 servers, ipPBX phone system, & LAN/WAN components. Relocated to new location in order to design and manage new Windows Server 2008 Active Directory as well as install IT systems and integration with existing IT Infrastructure, as well as to provide on-site end-user support for staff on location. This architecture has remained unchanged since its deployment.• Oversaw major shift in IT topology by migrating to Office365 Cloud Services for email and collaboration from basic webmail. Coordinated closely with all directors and managers to ensure minimal work stoppage as a result of e-mail migration and Sharepoint site development. • Restored IT Infrastructure and recovered corporate data after a catastrophic failure in Windows 2008 Servers’ RAID array. Worked closely with the Director of Engineering to both recover data using Recuva, WISE, and EaseUS Data recovery and developed new data redundancy policies and protocols. These protocols have been successful in preventing any future occurrence of data loss.• Designed, Launched and Managed www.kes.com. - Koam Engineering Systems Inc., is a minority owned small business with highly qualified staff specializing in technology innovation and systems integration by combining innovative products and reliable engineering services. Worked closely and collected requirements from VP of Administrative Operations, to design a new website that adhered to modern web development standards. Developed using CSS Styling, HTML5, PHP, Javascript, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Wordpress CMS, Squarespace • Launched and Managed corporate Social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This resulted in a 28% increase in redirected traffic to the corporate website.
