While at A&L Labs, I lead the commercialisation efforts for their in house Precision Ag technologies platform including the development of a multi spec camera platform, a fixed-wing drone platform and a digital data interpretation program. I was also tasked with leading the commercialisation efforts for two new biological based crop product products used in production agriculture/horticulture.

While with ACC, I managed and was responsible for all product development and marketing related activities for the Agromart group of retailers. Responsibilities included leading and development of numerous Agricultural brands, products, technologies and services in liquid and dry fertilizers, chemicals (traditional crop protection and specialty/adjuvants), seed and biological technologies. I led all marketing related activities for all trade shows and corporate events such as the Woodstock Outdoor Farm Show, the London and Ottawa Farm Show, GFO conference, CCA conference, AgScape initiative and Women in Ag Conference. I had responsibility for and provided leadership on the development and implementation of numerous sales training programs such as "the Growing Innovation meeting" and the IVEY Business Leadership development program. Responsibilities also included managing the full time Agronomy position, the social media/Twitter account, the Agromart website, the Precision Ag strategy, inhouse technical support and inhouse agronomy trial and regulatory needs. I have vast experience working with suppliers, regulators, retailers and business owners, logistics and distribution, research and agronomy, sales and grower/customer level interactions.
