At Dexters I liaise with clients almost every second of the day, whether that's on the phone in the office or meeting with clients in person to conduct viewings. My role consists of booking in property viewings for interested buyers, booking in property valuations for interested sellers and then attending viewings throughout the day. I also act as an advisor to the client in regards to the current state of the property market and work with buyers to ensure they make the best financial decisions when it comes to investment properties whilst ensuring that sellers are getting the satisfactory offers on their property.

To further reinforce my public relation skills I opted for a 1 month placement in the Dexters centre of excellence within the customer care team. In which I received and called out over 100 phone calls a day. These consisted of people looking to book in viewings, putting in offers on properties and dealing with any related issues that came up. Working under an office coordinator we would work as a team to resolve issues as efficiently as possible to the best of our ability to ensure the Dexters cliental were satisfied with their service.

Loan a life Guard allows me to lifeguard at a diverse range of events from private pool parties to holiday clubs. From cleaning the pool area to providing entertainment I have to be very flexible in my role in order to adapt to the new environment I'm placed in each time. But most importantly ensuring every swimmer is in a safe, watchful and friendly enviroment.

I was responsible for over 20 clients in which I would monitor their investments and update them weekly. I covered both personal and bussiness accounts with some clients boasting a portfolio of over £8 million. I also sent out payrolls and had to come up with financial opportunities that could potentially benefit the client.
