- Lead the migration of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from Neon to Bloomerang, providing the leadership team with more accurate and faster insights into donor behavior- Conduct comprehensive fundraising analysis and implement data-driven tools that helped the Development team identify high-potential major gift donors- Streamline the grants process by integrating Airtable, increasing operational efficiency and accuracy
