I'm a multi-faceted artist and educator with over a decade of experience, dedicated to using diverse methods to craft stories that ignite positive change in global communities. My journey has taken me through collaborations with nonprofits, school districts, and international programs, where I've harnessed the power of storytelling and employed a unique leadership style to unite and inspire.In addition to my broad experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in managing residential dorms and living quarters. Over 7 years at Summer Discovery and Summer Institute For The Gifted, I successfully oversaw dormitories at prestigious institutions like UCLA, UC Berkeley, and UPENN. This experience has enhanced my ability to create safe, motivating, and enjoyable environments, consistently acknowledged by both supervisors and students' families.Two of my proudest achievements include founding the MLK Dreaming Radically Youth Conference in Pittsburgh, PA. This initiative fosters dialogues on youth empowerment, public policy, and civic engagement among high school students. Furthermore, my evolving dance anthropology project, "Forbidden ButterFlies," originated during my senior year at Earlham College in Richmond, IN. This project delves into deconstructing masculinity at the intersection of politics and spirituality through movement and storytelling.I am committed to being a thought leader, creating inclusive spaces for individuals who often lack a platform to share their experiences, celebrating and affirming their voices.
