● Provided API design specs and developed new APIs in Java-Spring Boot.● Developed a batch-processing version of an existing API that examined customer information anddetermined which documents were required to sign.● Contributed to logic changes for A Document Calculator application, which determined what documents were required for each customer. This API significantly enhanced the efficiency of Relationship Managers by eliminating the need for manual document research, saving valuable time and resources.● Developed a Notification Center API that allowed for the dynamic creation of emails that could be triggered from the click of a button or as part of a scheduled job. This API greatly improved the efficiency of Relationship Managers by automating the creation of initial or reminder emails, eliminating the need for manual intervention and saving them valuable time.

● Assisted with the migration of an HSA Java Spring application acquired from another company.● Contributed to updating the application with the WageWorks brand.● Made feature enhancements using Java.● Wrote shell scripts to automate processes that checked bank files for errors and sent an email to thedevelopment team with those errors.● Reverse-engineered the application to help customer support understand the behavior of the application whenever they faced new issues with a customer. This was a huge part since WageWorks did not develop the application and had no access to the creator after a certain time.● Wrote ad-hoc queries to check data inconsistencies and generate custom reports when requested. Handled all dev ops tasks for the 6 linux servers that were part of the distributed system. Tasks included creating shell scripts to automate processes, full build and deployment process of each service using Debian packages and more.

● Fixed bugs in Java and C# projects.● Fixed reports in SSRS, and converted Crystal reports to SSRS.

● Successfully modernized a legacy AS400 and RPG application by converting it into a more modern language, improving its performance and functionality.● Helped maintain 11 E-commerce websites. This included everything from answering questions fromcustomer support to feature enhancements in Java and UI changes with JSP.● Created another E-commerce site that uses the same backend and a similar front-end but was for the Germany audience. This included integrating German translation functionality, and Changes to acceptpayment in Euros.

● Integrated Bugzilla, an open-source bug tracking tool, to track bugs with the cloud servers. ● Used Ruby to update and create Chef cookbooks and recipes that handled creation of cloud servers. Responsible for updating workflows using JavaScript in Vcenter Orchestrator.
