What I'm proud of: - Implemented New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) remodeled Residential New Construction energy efficiency incentive program- Led Environmental Defense Fund's first-ever, organization-wide landscape analysis of Environmental Justice- Published media pieces at The Rachel Carson Council on climate change and LGBTQ+ experience in the environment- Guided 2 university sustainability offices in peer-to-peer education initiatives and Earth Day event planning I've spent my career helping higher education institutions and environmental non-profits expand engagement and integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice principles into their work. After graduating with my BS in Geography from The Pennsylvania State University, I started out as a Presidential Associate in the Office of Sustainability at The American University in Cairo (AUC). I then was an Assistant Project Manager of Energy Efficiency at TRC Companies, Inc., where I managed New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) Residential New Construction incentive program.
