Through the innovation challenge I gained experience in working closely with other group members, interviewing associates to find key pain-points and receiving feedback to improve the solution, and ultimately organizing information into a clear, concise, and relevant way to pitch to decision makers.-Panelist:I was hand selected to be on a panel alongside a Baird board member, managing director, and senior analyst. We spoke to high school students about learning experiences we have had, what we have learned throughout our careers, and advice we could offer.

Through this competition, I learned how to exchange ideas with a partner, quickly identify key pain-points, and quickly pitch a high level strategy in a concise manner.
