I was a member of the concessions team for the 2019 MLB season. I helped hire and onboard thousands of seasonal employees. I lead orientation and alcohol training classes. My main focus was inventory management and analysis. I analyzed inventory sheets and corrected discrepancies within the inventory. I ran the operations of all the concession stands on the Excelsior level of Citi Field.

As the Concessions Manager for Arrowhead Stadium I am given the keys to lead a team of supervisors through pregame setup and game day operations. During the days leading up to game day it is my job to ensure that all of the concession stands, bars and portables are set up and operationally functional. During the game I am all over the stadium answering guest question and complains, solving stand and employee issues and holding all employees to high cleanliness standards. During my time at Arrowhead Stadium--We had the lowest number of critical violations and reinspections in years-I authored a Supervisor Handbook that provided new and current Supervisors with everything they needed to know to have a successful game day-I came up with innovative ways to run concession stands more smoothly and efficiently -As an account we generated 8.3 million dollars in food and beverage sales for the season which is the highest in the eight years since Aramark took over concessions at Arrowhead Stadium
