Data gathering from both internal and external sources. Facilitate monthly trade allocations and month end valuation process. Heavy emphasis on risk management, involving daily reconciliation of position risk exposures and collaborating with PMs/APMs and Risk team.

Providing trading support functions such as the following: inputting trade tickets, verifying trades, trade reconciliation (i.e. trade breaks), answer and monitor incoming phone calls for trading desk to gather information from broker dealers, and build relationships with various broker dealers and sell side trading assistants.
