Maintain existing loan portfolio through prioritizing client needs including loan assumptions, in-house and outside refinances, purchase transactions, and facilitating the opening of property operating accounts.Underwrite CRE loans inclusive of analysis of rental sub-markets, sales comps, cap rates, property cash-flows and property economics, in addition to spreading the borrower financial statements, tax returns, and key credit risks. Prepare and submit written recommendation for CREDIT utilizing 3rd party market report firms (CoStar, & First Research)Hold team meetings during the client discovery process including (Wealth/Estate Planning, Trust & IM&T).
