· Coordinate manufacturing activities in all production phases.· Work closely with Slitter Manager, Plant Manager, Inventory Control, and Logistics Manager to develop strategic planning to meet customer needs while sustaining quality and safety standards· Design and Implement new planning strategies and techniques to aid in increasing productivity and efficiency.· Lead the implantation of X-Trim to optimize every facet of the production process.

· Research and reserve optimal transportation modes and routing.· Assist in creating policies and procedures for logistics activities.· Train shipping personnel in roles and responsibilities regarding inventory control strategies.· Work with Production Manager and Inventory Control Manager to find solutions and create mapping for warehouse and other areas of the plant.· Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training, and safety records.
