In addition to the responsibilities of Field Service Engineer (FSE), as a Regional Service Leader (RSL): lead a team of FSEs to ensure quality-of-life, handle escalations they may have on- or off-site, and give performance reviews. Commissioned and tested various industrial automation controls systems for materials handling sites, predominantly using Allen-Bradley PLCs. Conduct field I/O and panel audits, loop checks, and troubleshoot any electrical or network issues across multiple devices including: digital inputs/outputs such as photoelectric sensors, switches, pushbuttons, and indicator lights; analog devices such as encoders or ultrasonic sensors, as well as 4mA-20mA analog instrumentation such as valves.
