NDT specialist with a focus on completing NDT inspection requests for multiple clients in Prudhoe Bay, AK. Assigned to Hilcorp Alaska’s Lisbourne Production Center, Central Compression Plant, and Central Gas Facility along with their corresponding drill sites. Qualifications of mine included Computed and Digital Radiography (weld and profile), Liquid Penetrant Testing, SPRAT Level 3 Rope Access, Creaform 3D Pipe Scanning, Positive Material Identification, and Manual/Automated Ultrasonic Thickness inspection. My primary roles with Mistras were being the facilities competent weld quality NDT technician along with supervising Rope Access activities.Along with the NDT duties this role focuses on, I assisted the API inspectors with circuitizing equipment by drawing piping isometrics and performing visual verifications validating the current P&ID’s for my assigned facilities.

Prudhoe Bay, Ak

NDT Corrosion Technician primarily focused on completing inspection requests for Hilcorp Energy in Prudhoe Bay, AK at their LPC, CCP, and CGF facilities and connected drill sites. My qualifications included Computed and Digital Radiography, Rope Access, Creaform 3D PipeScanning, PMI, and Staight beam Ultrasonic inspection. I also performed weld quality radiography as needed for our clients.This role also came with the responsibility of entering inspection data into our client records and circuit walk-downs throughout our designated facilities as needed.

Working in the Special Projects department for Kakivik, I utilized Straight Beam Ultrasound and Gamma Radiography to inspect well lines, facility piping, and cross country pipelines. I also specialized in accessing routine inspections by means of Rope Access. Regularly, I was tasked with special inspection requests from our clients that held very high priority.

Working for Mistras, I was given the responsibilities of performing routine cross country pipeline inspection (specifically for Hilcorp Energy) utilizing many inspection methods. Some of which included Creaform 3D pipe analysis, NOVO Digital Radiography, straight beam ultrasound and computed radiography of external and internal damage, and also automated ultrasound testing. Many of my inspections were performed in a sub-zero climate in the arctic circle of Alaska.
