- Leads the Clean Energy and Resiliency section of the Division of Energy Programs.- Manages a clean energy incentive portfolio comprised of tens of millions of dollars of State funds year-to-year.- Supervises a team of Division Program Managers and Energy Specialists that design, implement, and evaluate MEA energy programs.- Provides training and mentorship to team members and new hires.- Assigns projects, tasks, and other work items to team members and tracks progress.- Performs team member performance evaluations.- Provides oversight and quality control of products and activities of the Clean Energy and Resiliency section.- Manages sensitive negotiations on program implementation issues with grantees, other State agencies, businesses, nonprofits, local governments, and other organizations.- Oversees and manages the Resilient Maryland microgrid and DER design-construction incentive platform and the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Grant Program.- Provides input to the MEA Energy Policy Division on relevant clean energy and resilience-focused legislation, regulation, and other policy-related items and acts as a liaison between Policy Division senior leadership and Clean Energy and Resiliency section team members.- Serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for MEA and co-leads the State Coordinating Function (SCF) / Emergency Support Function (ESF) 12: Power Infrastructure with the Maryland Public Service Commission during energy-related emergencies and disasters.- Coordinates key messages with MEA's marketing, outreach, and communications team.

Manages the State of Maryland's Resilient Maryland microgrid grant program and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Grant Program. Also serves as the agency's Emergency Management Coordinator. Managed a team of Energy Analysts performing utility cost redistribution calculation and billing services to a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate clients. Performed detailed analysis of building utility consumption trends and associated cost streams and recommended more efficient allocation of utility cost recovery based upon findings. Engaged with senior and corporate client management to convey Analysts' findings and resolved more complex-level client and tenant inquiries and concerns. Trained new Analyst hires on job functions. Optimized and streamlined utility redistribution process flows.Managed the RES Demand Response ("DR") services department. Duties included recommending demand curtailment nominations in ISO DR incentive programs, tracking associated client revenue streams from compliance efforts in DR events throughout performance periods, aggregating, analyzing, and reporting final results at year-end, and identifying potential enrollments previously unknown to clients.
