The responsibilities were to orient visitors when they arrive at the haunted house. Event Staff would work all throughout the haunted house. Event Staff guide guests and groups by helping them find the appropriate line, answering event questions, scanning tickets, and providing exceptional customer service. At times, event staff will serve as ushers sending small groups into the haunted house at prescribed time intervals. Some event staff also assist with small onsite operations such as the Photo Opportunities and additional activities onsite.

I worked for the Schiller Park Recreation Department where I worked as a Counselor and a Head Counselor for kids aged between 3 to 14 during my time there. After the Summer season during 2022 till before 2024, I would work watching Kindergarten to 5th grade after school.

Technical Support Internship (TSI) is a course offered at East Leyden High School. TSI serves as Leyden's Level I support for all tech related problems and issues. In TSI, students manage and work on all support tickets they can. In TSI, I would fix student's Chromebooks from simple problems as "My computer key is stuck" or "My computer is not turning on anymore, I may need to get the battery replaced." Along with fixing Chromebooks, I would manage the setting. I would organize tickets, charging computers, and make sure the environment is staying running. I would fix computers, manage the setting, and work on my understanding of Computer Science and Cybersecurity with pathways provided in class to earn certifications.
