• Liaison between customers and operations teams. • Point of contact for customers. • Routinely check job sites, communicate about project timelines and progress, and work to resolve any problems quickly. • Sell enhancements, renew ongoing contracts, work on budgets, and assist in resolving any past due invoicing. • Walk through and inspect job sites with crew leaders and crew members. • Set project timelines and schedules of the crews and monitor the performance on job site. • Build relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with current services as well as to generate opportunities for expansion of services. • Complete orders for job materials, ensure work is scheduled and completed, and perform follow up with customers. • Meet with Crew Leaders to ensure crews are working within budgeted hours and address any properties that need specific attention. • Provide onsite training for employees needing additional support understanding their positions.
