Promoted from Tactical Supervisor. Brandon partners with the Owner Experience Director/VP in assisting in retention and growing the EJM full-managed aircraft portfolio. He currently assists in overseeing 40+ accounts in his territory. Of the many things Brandon does, some include aircraft onboarding and offboarding, crew hiring, crew comp review, billing resolution, partner with maintenance team in managing aircraft maintenance projects, lead in insurance claims, charter market analysis, supplemental reporting, partner with contracts team for various projects, and simply stated--increasing overall account satisfaction. Brandon liaisons with various internal stakeholders and is the advocate for the aircraft owner, within EJM's systems. Brandon leverages his experiences in solving difficult challenges, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with team members for regular feedback.

Brandon oversaw a team of four account and senior account managers, who discreetly handle high-profile, Fortune 50 to 100 company’s/individual’s aircraft asset(s). His role was two part in that he 1) interacted with client’s day to day, much like the account managers, but also had an 2) oversight role with additional responsibilities. 1) With he and his team, he scheduled and managed a variety of multi-million dollar aircraft including G150, G200, GIV, GIV-SP, G450, GV, G550, G650, G500, BD-700, DA-7X, CL-300, CL-604, CL-605, CL-650, CE-750, CE-680. This includes daily evaluation of operating within the limitations of FAR 91 and FAR 135 in assisted the scheduling of crew members and aircraft, provided guidance on limitations and requirements with certain airports/countries (slots, permits, etc), and maintained safety and integrity. In these processes he also handled the procurement of ground transportation for passengers, catering for both passenger and crew members, created and managed/updated/maintained various databases, process reporting, created addendum(s) to service contracts, assisted in the handling of retail charter request, continuous quality improving EJM's processes utilizing Plan, Execute, Measure, and Correct (PEMC), and perpetuated customer value and satisfaction. 2) In Brandon’s oversight role, he documented, investigated, and provided resolution for non-compliance of known processes, handled escalated phone calls/emails of clients, team scheduling and hiring, documented and measured critical processes (as a function of productivity) of the team, provided supplemental reporting and expertise assistance with SAP Business Intelligence, operated as inter-departmental liaison, assisted onboarding of new clients, and a valuable aviation resource of experience for the teams.

Sporty's is considered the premier pilot/flight training resource and operates various aviation divisions including its own flight school, avionics shop, FBO, et. al. Sportsman's Market also operates five mail order catalog titles including Sporty's Pilot Shop, Wright Bros. Collection, Tool Shop, Preferred Living, and Men's Collection...each with its own specific target market. (Brandon started as part-time college help, but was promoted to assistant to the VP of Catalog Division, and then promoted again to full-time Catalog Specialist). Tool Shop, of which Brandon operated, markets towards the middle age home owner who likes practical, functional tools, home equipment, lawn & garden accessories, etc. Brandon helped (among other individuals) bring the catalog from beginning development to printing to the home owner/customer. Development included new product sourcing/merchandising, ad conception, page layout, photography, ad copywrite, inter-departmental meetings, assist in list management, and other unique challenges, as they arose.
