1 Part Executive, 1 Part Entrepreneur, 1 Part Tree Geek, 1 Part Comedian, and 2 Parts Husband and Father. Too many parts? In my spare time, I mountain bike, get a few rounds of golf in and strategically grow an organization. One of my favorite things is being a part of a men's workout group called F3. Ask me about it when you see me! Since graduating from Clemson University in 2000, I've worked with people and trees. I've held most positions within this industry from dragging brush to President. The one thing in common with any position is that People are the most valuable asset to any organization. DISC training to help understand how to communicate and EOS (entrepreneurial operating system) to help implement business systems were valuable to helping businesses I've been apart of grow. President Truman said "Not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are readers". Leadership and Self Deception is a book I highly recommend. Seeing people as people and not as objects will change the world around you.
