To earn one of these designations, I as a builder must complete a regularly updated curriculum of industry-related topics. Also required is a pledge my commitment to a professional Code of Ethics. I feel these designations help consumers identify professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence by continuing to keep myself informed on all trends and techniques in home building.As a Master Certified Green Professional (Master CGP), you can expect to have an experienced builder committed to delivering a quality green home. More than theory, this designation includes a series of hands-on curriculum requirements as well as significant experience in the field. Classes are held with the support and cooperation of Green Building Advisor, the leading green web publication in the field. The emphasis is on building science: a core competency in a field that changes almost daily as new products and techniques are introduced.Along with serving on the board of Asheville Home Builders Association, Brandon’s recent accomplishments include being named in the Top 40 Under 40 for Builder Magazine and a finalist for Best Young Green Professional from the National Home Builders Association along with being 2015 Asheville Builder of the Year.
