As a QAQC Manager at Cooks Venture, I lead the quality assurance and quality control team in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality for our products. I have over 15 years of experience in production management and quality leadership, with certifications in HACCP and ServSafe.I work closely with the production management team to find solutions and improve processes, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. I have successfully managed multiple audits, inspections, and investigations, and implemented corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. I have also contributed to the development and improvement of quality policies, procedures, and systems, as well as the training and development of quality staff.I believe that quality is the last line of defense before any product reaches the consumers, and as such, it should be held to a higher standard. I am passionate about food safety and quality, and I strive to deliver products that meet and exceed customer expectations. I hold an Associate of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Arkansas State University, where I learned the fundamentals of food and beverage operations and leadership.
