I firmly believe every problem has a solution. I take pride in my ability to find resolution to difficult problems even when others can't. I strongly believe where there is a will there is a way and by utilizing root cause analysis, critical thinking and including environmental variables the best path forward always presents itself. I don't like one size fits all approaches because of these principals, which in turn has always allowed for proper task completion while avoiding temporary fixes and band-aids. Tasks can be completed in a multitude of ways, tackled via different methods and also have many paths to resolution. I stand behind my core value of finding the most efficient by including as many input variables as possible. I am keen on understanding how things work and rather addicted to information. I will never pretend to know something but rather research to acquire an understanding. This has not only made me stand out, progress and become a more knowledgeable professional but it has also challenged me and provided the fulfillment I have found in my career.
