As Executive Creative Director, I am responsible for evolving and elevating the creative behind all of our projects, whether a 30 min short film or a single rendering. I oversee a team of highly skilled individuals to produce cinematic narratives and documentaries, virtual reality environments, VFX, and various 3D animations and renders on a broad range of topics. I lead motion creative services, which span storytelling, broadcast, marketing narratives, and documentary shorts.

You+Media is a cross between you-tube, a video magazine, and a facebook for businesses. I work with the Y+M team to create cutting edge videos based on the premise of showing and sharing a story versus advertising a price. We also do editorial videos based on hyper-local (neighborhood) content.

~Directed cast and other technicians during rehearsals and final production on over 90 episodes of “Wright’s Direction”, an original, scripted, weekly sitcom.~Created three more original sitcoms including a live action/machinima hybrid: “The Book of Destiny” (10 episodes), “RV” (4 episodes), & “The Big Picture” (currently in production).~In charge of various production aspects with volunteer actors, writers, and crew; this includes coordinating schedules, script revision and distribution,~Provided creative insight to the production of live weekly programs for Big City and KidZone; informed technicians of scenery, lights, props, and other equipment desired.~Rehearses cast and implement changes, using knowledge of acting, voice, and movement to elicit best possible performance.Cut, edit, and advise on special effects for various film projects.Recruited and trained production volunteers (writing, basic directing, technical directing, actors, etc.)

Produced shoots at local, national and international locations with crews ranging from 5 to 50.

I prepared all entrees from USA, Canada, and South America for viewing and judging by IAF judges. I also viewed and moderated quality, correct category, payment completion, etc.Working with film contacts to troubleshoot and research problems gave me the opportunity to connect and help production companies around the world.
