Managed the entire lighting business for Infineon's North and South Americas region. Application focus on system power and digital solutions: MOSFETs, digital controller ICs (AC/DC, DC/DC), Linear LED driver ICs, microcontrollers, sensors and lighting control solutions (dimming, color mixing, communications). Invented and led creation of the world's first 0-10V dimming IC (CDM10V) which enabled lower BOM count, isolation, options and lower cost through selectable parameters for PWM frequency, min dim/duty cycle %, dim-to-off and dimmer bias current. Enabled sales and FAEs with training, tools and collateral needed to achieve key account & regional design wins. Collaborated with global marketing on new product development to meet ever-changing market requirements.

Technical Product Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager for digital, mixed-signal ICs for AC/DC control of TRIAC dimmable LED and PFC (power factor correction) Product Lines. Traveled the globe extensively to visit Tier 1 lighting/ SMPS customers and managed product development working at the HQ in Austin. Established Kenall's first electrical engineering department including ground up design and manufacturing of all PCB assemblies in house (2 SMT lines as well as wave solder and pick and place machines).
