Maintain calendar for appointments, calls, meetings, VIP visitors, key projects and follow-up tracking Research and compile materials needed for meetings, calls, projects, etc. Coordinate travel arrangements and travel itinerary and portfolio, including venue details and concierge contact Function as the liaison between senior manager and staff, clients, etc. Research, compile and present projects as requested Coordinate and oversee document production and projects, as requested Handles correspondence professionally, ensuring accurate responses via internet, phone and other inquiries. Maintain client files, contacts database and record keeping needs of practice Processes changes with an appropriate sense of urgency and professional manner Prepare daily mail/correspondence; review packages and handle routine correspondence and calendar needs Anticipate CEO’s needs with solutions and options to ensure needs are met Record all messages and voicemails received for CEO’s office and email messages to CEO Prepare presentations, materials, proposals, etc. in power point, word, excel, etc. Provide hard copies in addition to updating Drop Box account on iPad
