CurrentDrafts postings from scratch or copies existing or previous postings and revises as appropriate for new postings.Edits the exam plan with the correct information from the requisition, establishes exam plan naming conventions, fills out exam plan settings, and creates the eligible list for each exam plan.Consults with the Intake analyst and hiring manager to resolve any discrepancies on the job posting form or requisition.Develops selling/marketing language for postings. Reviews and selects appropriate agency logos, website links, pictures, and/or videos for postings.Verifies if there is a PA residency requirement or waiver for the classification and confirms if the classification is union covered. Researches the pay scale group and level including the work hours, if the position is hourly or annual, and if the position is truncated or above the minimum.Ensures appropriate recruitment methods are selected for the positions being filled. For positions using promotion without exam (PWOE), research historical posting data, pay scales, and logical career progression, to confirm next lower-level classes are valid.Contacts hiring managers to receive feedback on postings before they open. Evaluates any requested changes and determines if they meet posting guidelines. Coordinates with Intake or Exam Development on any changes that require their involvement.Processes repost requests and reposts positions. This includes reviewing for potential class spec changes, changes to the pay range, and making updates to the posting.Works with Bureau of Enterprise Recruitment (BER) to coordinate posting dates which coincide with recruitment events. Ensures all necessary postings are available for application during each event. Maintains tracking spreadsheets for recruitment events. Proactively coordinates with Intake or BER if a position is listed on the tracking sheet, but the requisition has not been received to be posted for an event.
