As a Production Manager my primary role was to manage WestStar’s Directing Lending divisions’ pipeline and support the divisions’ operations. I developed plans to properly manage the new requirements of RESPA and TILA Act of 2010. I improved the workflow and efficiency of the production staff with automation, creating support teams and building relationships with new vendors. I was able to improve the speed to close and improve the overall customer experience.
