In my current role with iron Horse Tools, I support a district manager in leading and motivating a team of sales representatives and technicians, providing guidance to ensure targets are met. This requires frequent collaboration on the development and execution of sales strategies, including selling targets, forecasting, and implementing plans to maximize revenue and market share within the district. I foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. I also assist in training new team members, conduct performance evaluations, and identify areas for professional development to enhance team's skills. One of my other main responsibilities in this role is managing daily operations, including inventory control, logistics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

I previously worked as an R&D Engineering Technician, assisting in creating and testing prototypes while working closely with engineers to bring concepts to life and refine designs for new products. I conducted various tests and experiments on prototypes and components, recording and analyzing data to assess performance, functionality, and reliability. In addition, I maintained and calibrated laboratory equipment and tools to ensure optimal condition for accurate testing and experimentation. It was my responsibility to contribute to the development of technical reports and summaries. I also collaborated with R&D engineers to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.

In this technician role, I performed preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment used in drilling operations. This involved the installation, calibration, and commissioning of electrical systems, including control panels, motors, generators, and sensors, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to specifications. I conducted diagnostic tests using specialized tools and equipment to identify and rectify electrical issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency. I also responded to electrical emergencies and breakdowns, implementing swift and effective solutions to restore functionality and minimize disruption.

While with TechnipFMC, I assembled and tested mechanical assemblies ranging from low to high complexity. As a Subsea Drilling Services Technician III, I received extensive training on handling more intricate assemblies, acquiring knowledge of safety protocols for future roles. I completed necessary test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). I also input labor details into a Labor Tracking System for cost tracking purposes. Additionally, I utilized material handling equipment to transfer parts and components between work areas or storage zones as needs and aided fellow assemblers in higher-level tasks as part of training assignments.

I completed a 5-month project as an IT Field Technician for the HSID school district. My main responsibility was computer network repair, software troubleshooting and updates, and related tasks.

As Computer Repair Technician, I reviewed customer complaints to identify equipment issues in detail. I disassembled machines using hand or power tools and measuring devices to inspect parts for wear or defects. I also conducted diagnostic assessments based on customer complaints. When required, I repaired various laptop or desktop units. I installed and configured new equipment, including operating software or peripheral devices, following specific requirements. To determine machine settings and necessary adjustments, I studied specifications such as blueprints, charts, or schematics.

In this role, I conducted daily inspections of 150 buses, ensuring their operational integrity. I installed head, tail, and safety lights whenever necessary, managed the replacement of damaged or flat bus tires, and provided prompt and comprehensive roadside assistance to minimize delays.
