Senior Director - Corporate Development & Strategic Opportunities
Brandon Corcoran is a Senior Director in ORIX USA's Corporate Development & Strategic Opportunities group, responsible for leading the underwriting, diligence, negotiation, and closing of U.S. strategic and private equity investments on behalf of ORIX Group. Since joining ORIX in 2015 Brandon has closed 25+ investments comprising $5+ billion of invested capital across the United States, Ireland and Brazil. In addition to his deal expertise, Brandon also regularly contributes to ORIX USA's corporate strategy and growth initiatives.In 1981, ORIX Corporation USA was founded as the U.S. subsidiary of ORIX Corporation,a Tokyo-based international financial services company operating in 38 countries.
