The Madison County Foster & Adoptive Parent Associate (MCFAPA) exists to improve the quality of life for foster, adoptive, & kinship children and their families.- Coordinated the creation of the MCFAPA brand image- Rebuilt website in WordPress to align with brand- Organized & centralized documentation of processes- Revamped Facebook page and created LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter pages- Increased Facebook followers from 200 to over 3200 with a shoestring budget- Increased memberships from ~5 to over 60 recurring paid members by offering "tier based" memberships for both Foster/Adoptive/Kinship families as well as community members- Co-created our Bros & Bows Annual events- Helped to start the "KICK (Kids in Care Kit) Bag" initiative for new placements coming into care of DHR.- Chaired Bros, Bows, & Boos Fall Festival since 2020, totaling over 2,600 attendees, 450 free haircuts, hundreds educated on ethnic hair care, and raising excess of $70,000

Grandparents as Parents is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Grandparents/Kinship Guardians who are raising their Grandchildren by providing emotional support, providing tangible resources for immediate needs, and advocating for better legislation.

I perform each November & December as The Santa Land Grinch at Santaland in Rogersville, AL. All proceeds, after expenses, go to help local families in need, celebrate Christmas. Outside of Santa Land, The Santa Land Grinch is available for photo shoots, home visits, holiday gatherings & more. 10% of individual appearance fees are donated to the Madison County Foster & Adoptive Parent Association.
