At NIIT, I've worked on groundbreaking learning products that mix creativity, science, and tech in exciting ways.Right now, I'm collaborating with a talented team to shape the future of L&D. We're designing and delivering wild new ways of learning, powered by AI - think organic sims that change based on learner actions, AI role-plays with almost-real characters, and personalized coaching systems with spot-on feedback. Every day, I get to dream up stuff that seemed impossible just a couple years ago and make it real. Best part? Seeing users dive in, studying how they interact, and constantly improving.My background's in rhetoric and pedagogy, so I've always been interested in how people learn and how we can use that to create stuff that really helps them. It's given me a unique lens for designing experiences that truly connect. Throughout my career, as a writer, designer, creative director, UX/presales/R&D leader, I've used this to whip up experiences that delight, surprise, and profoundly impact people.I've also been fortunate to work with incredibly technical folks who've shown me the ropes - coding sims in C#, prototyping AI in Python, and automating workflows with javascript in Google Workspace.
