As the Digital Marketing Manager for Pearl Companies, I help support the entire Marketing department meet corporate goals and objectives that fall within the scope of Digital Marketing initiatives. I am responsible for all aspects of our marketing automation platform. I seek ways to enhance our email marketing and lead nurturing efforts, and help to integrate these tools with our existing CRM. I also contribute ideas, suggestions, and solutions that help improve efficiencies within the team's workflow, and look for ways to continually support all team members within the Creative team, which includes graphic designers, copywriters, and digital marketers. I serve as a mentor and leader amongst the department, leading monthly meetings between interdepartmental teams, helping to identify any issues or opportunities for everyone to work better together, while also working with rising leadership within the Digital team to establish short and long-term development plans for future career opportunities.
